WVTC Club Meetings

These are student info events, typically held about once per month during lunch in the black box/drama room (room N-122). Meetings are run by the WVTC Student Council. Info about these are posted in Slack (see below) and on the WVTC Instagram and TikTok accounts.

Family Info Meetings

The WVTC Booster Board typically hosts two in-person meetings per year, toward the beginning of each semester. Students are welcome and families are encouraged to attend to learn more about the theatre company and what is planned for the year, the Booster Board and how we support WVTC, and to meet other theatre families!

WVTC Master Calendar

Lists dates and times for auditions, production crew deadlines, application deadlines, rehearsals, show dates and other important dates and deadlines.

Slack

All current students and parents should join our WVTC Slack workspace to get up-to-the-minute information and communication. Follow the WVTC Registration Instructions to be invited to Slack. All updates regarding rehearsal times, tech announcements, and other production needs are posted here.

Newsletters & Show Bulletins

Stage Door Scoop Newsletter: For all students and families registered with WVTC for the year. Emailed out approximately once per month with info on upcoming shows, ways to get involved and support WVTC, and general company updates. 

Show Bulletins: Once a student becomes involved in a show (either through acting, tech, or both), the students and their adults are added to a show-specific email list that receives emails approximately once per week throughout the preparation and performance of the show. These include updates on how the production is coming, donation and volunteer needs, and what to expect in the coming weeks.

General Supporter Newsletter: Designed for current and past supporters to update them on key WVTC updates and upcoming shows. Sent out a few times a year. Sign up for the newsletter on our Contact Us page.
